1. Decision Fatigue

Area:- Check my size link

Observation:- Clicking “Check My Size” opens three separate options with no clear direction: MySize Assist, Size Chart, and Length Guide.

My Recommendation:- .

Expected Results:- Quicker sizing decisions with less hesitation = better conversions and fewer return

2. Bad Placement of copy

Area:- Right below “Add to cart” button

Observation:- “Review now & get a chance to win” copy is placed right below the “Add to Cart” button.

Why it may affect users:-

My Recommendation:-
• Move this message to the review section. • Place a copy here that motivates users to “Add to cart” like “50 peoples are checking this product, Hurry up only 15 left!”

Expected Results:- The chances of Add to cart increases because of few distraction.

Note:- People are very less motivated by the uncertain rewards like this in the copy “Review now & get a chance to win Free AIRism Tee” replace it with something certain, granted and more clear like “Write a review with product photo and get 10% off instantly.”

3. Benefits Over Features

Area:- Below product images

Observation:- The product page lists only features (e.g., fabric, stitching) with no explanation of why they matter.

My Recommendation:-

Add a dedicated Benefits section that explains how the product improves the user’s life:

4. Return and Delivery Info.

Area:- After descriptions

Observation:- Key information like delivery dates and return policies are hidden behind dropdowns or multiple clicks ( 3 clicks- 2 pages and a dropdown)

Expected Results:- Faster decision-making, fewer doubts, and higher checkout completion rates..
